Donald is a partner in the Warri branch of the firm. He is described by his peers and clients as an avid and astute legal practitioner. He is a negotiator and mediator who prides himself in promoting professionalism, excellence and integrity in dealings with clients.He has acted as counsel to Shell Petroleum Development Company, Nigerian National Petroleum Development Corporation, and Chevron Nigeria Ltd amongst others. Through his doggedness, steadfast commitment and intellectual depth he has led and assisted the firm in winning several landmark cases. He routinely advises clients on regulatory compliance as well as inform clients of new regulations they ought to be aware of. He has attended and served as company secretary in several board meetings.
